What is a LoveHandle?
LoveHandle is the smartphone accessory you soon won't be able to live without! In short, each LoveHandle is comprised of an elastic or silicone strap over a plastic base, which is held on your phone with a layer of 3M VHB adhesive. You put your finger under the elastic strap, and voilà! You now have a comfortable, confident grip on your smartphone, helping you avoid accidental drops and hand fatigue. LoveHandle is great for people with big phones, small hands, texting addictions, sore pinkies, clumsy streaks, eyes for fashion, two large coffees -- you name it!
Where on my Phone should I put my LoveHandle?
For Original and XL LoveHandles, most people place them in the center of their phone or tablet. For larger devices like tablets, having the LoveHandle closer to your dominant hand may feel more comfortable. The LoveHandle PRO should be placed in the lower center are of the phone, about .5 to 1 inch from the bottom (1.3cm to 2.5cm).
How big is a LoveHandle?
- tellawThe LoveHandle PRO is 3.4" inches long, 1.25" inches wide and has a depth of 0.21" inches. The band is about 1" inch wide. It weighs 0.6 oz.
- The LoveHandle PRO Magsafe Adapter is 3.5" inches long, 2.3" inches wide and has a depth of 0.25" inches. It weighs 1.8 oz.
- The LoveHandle Original is 2.5" inches long, and .9" inches wide at its widest point and has a depth of 0.16" inches. The elastic is just over half an inch wide. It weighs 0.1 oz.
- The LoveHandle XL is 4" inches long, and just over 1.1" inches wide at its widest point and has a depth of 0.17" inches. It has an elastic band .75" of an inch wide. It weighs 0.2 oz.
- The LoveHandle PRO Mount is 3.3" inches long, .95" inches wide and has a depth of .75" inches. The mount weighs 2.4 oz.
- The LoveHandle Wallet is 2.8" inches long, 3.9" inches wide and has a depth of .4" inches. The wallet weighs 1.1 oz.

Can I use LoveHandle on things other than phones?
Absolutely! Tablets and handheld game systems are obvious candidates, but LoveHandles can be used on cameras, vaporizers, remote controls, or anywhere else you’d like a comfortable grip. You can even attach a LoveHandle to desk, wall, or door to hang any number of things on the elastic -- the possibilities are limited only by your imagination!

Will my LoveHandle PRO work with my S Pen stylus phone?
Phones with S Pen compatibility (Samsung Galaxy S22 for example) will not work with the LoveHandle PRO due to the magnets embedded in the stand. We do have an adapter that will allow for you to use a Lovehandle with a stylus for sale here! The LoveHandle Original and XL are fully compatible with these phones and just as comfortable.
How do I put my LoveHandle on my phone?
Determine your Preferred Placement Position on the back of your phone. Use the included adapter sticker if your phone or case is silicone or glass. Clean the area with rubbing alcohol. Remove the protective film from the 3M VHB adhesive on the back of the LoveHandle. Carefully place the LoveHandle in your desired position. This is your last chance to adjust placement; You can still adjust the placement with little force before you find that perfect spot. Press down firmly on the LoveHandle for 15 seconds. Give the elastic a firm tug to be certain that the LoveHandle is securely attached. If so, you're good to go! Be gentle in the first 24 hours as the bond reaches its maximum strength. Will removing the LoveHandle damage my phone or case?
The adhesive is non-marring and does not leave residue or damage the surface it is applied to. We sell a removal tool in the PRO spare parts kit here for easy removal. If any Adhesive is left over after removing, you can simply roll your fingers over it and it will come off cleanly.
Will my LoveHandle attach to a silicone or glass case?
LoveHandle will not attach directly to a silicone or glass case. In each order there will be an adapter to apply before attaching the LoveHandle itself. If you did not receive an adapter sticker or need a new one, please reach out to help@lovehandle.com to request one for no charge.
Can the LoveHandle PRO be reused?
The LoveHandle PRO can be reused after removal but will need a new adhesive backer. These can be purchased here.
Will my LoveHandle PRO magnets damage my credit cards?
No! We use strong neodymium magnets that are perfectly safe for all credit and debit cards.
